Ways to talk with your kids about important topics.... Always provide opportunities for them to understand it, make it relevant to their life. Here is a prime example of a soap experiment (perhaps you saw it on the news!) used to help reinforce the importance of hand washing during this pandemic. One of my former students was so kind to share his experiment with me so I could share it with all of you! I love seeing my students explore, and experiment with the extra time. I hope you try it at home and enjoy the experiment! Also, I hope it keeps the young ones washing their hands for over 20 seconds each time, and ways to keep the seconds long is singing the ABCs or Happy Birthday.
